Fully Managed Accounts: For those who want or require my full service in maintaining your web page (initial design and periodic changes or additions) this is the way to go. Very reasonably priced - your present domain name or new domain name ($6.95 annual charge) transferred to my hosting is $15 per month and includes 1 hour of additions or changes to existing pages with additional new pages at $15 each. So, for example, a busy realtor might add 3 new listings (1 page per house) and have 2 hours of additions or changes to existing pages - their cost would be $60 for that month. There might be additional fees for pages that require more time and effort (although I will tell you this in advance), and credits for pages that take less time and effort. I'll work with you, not to take advantage or "nickel and dime" you. You are free to transfer your website to any other host at any other time (accounts in good standing), no hassle or questions asked.
No illegal activity will be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse or shut down scammers, spammers, phishers and others who seek to do harm to others. Websites requiring databases require a higher hosting plan. Certain other restrictions may apply. When or if in doubt, call to ask.
